is there a way to get a legit credit card on a stealth pp buyer account or just the prepaid ones?? I want to buy something for my nephew but I don't want to get screwed over

Don't use paypal so you don't get screwed over

ya but are the prepaid gift cards safe?? what if i don't get my item and paypal can't the money back??
