I was asked on messenger by a friend to receive payment for goods through PayPal,
£480 was sent to my paypal account which I sent to my bank the to my friend. After the transaction paypal reversed the money leaving me -£480 they say this was done as unauthorised transaction. How can this be as I did not know who the sender of the money was. All I get is threats from the collection dept
I have told my bank and they are chasing where the money was sent, and have contacted action fraud. PayPal do my want to or seem to want to resolve this where do I stand
