Some voip that do work well with paypal/ebay?

It would be for the best univocal (so no one else can use it besides you, even after closing down the contract with the voip provider)

if I want to, I can get sims but they usually are more pricey than voips, and take a while to deliver..

Id pay the extra bit of money to be able to get the SIM if I were you. Its a much safer option if youre thinking long term use of the account.

Quality comes with a price - slokor is right about longetivity and SIM use
