"We're sorry, we can't send your money right now"
 
Hello, I've been getting this error on PayPal, support told em I should use a different browser and clean cookies but it doesn't work, so effectively my money is locked in there, even though my account isn't limited or anything right now. Did anyone have any similar issue in the past and how to resolve it? Thanks.

Try after 48 hours and don't spam the pay button.

It worked for me, and is a common glitch sometimes.

Also change who you're sending it to, i had this, but changed it to a business account and it went right through

Well, some agent at PayPal told me that it's their security system that won't let me do this, but they also say there's no apparent reason for this to happen. Also I can't withdraw to my card.

There used to be a work around, not sure it is still possible as they are always changing their interface.
They used to allow import email contacts and that worked good especially with gmail. So you just had to add recipient email to gmail adress, then import gmail contacts to pp and it used to work 9 times out of 10. Havent used this method for a long time, but if they still allow importing contacts then u should try.

It happens when you're marked "risk" by Paypal BOT. Normally, do not retry to send again within 48 hours then start with a small amount.
