Accounts linked, OK to use same device?
Hello, I have limited experience with stealth Paypal accounts and am currently getting back into the scene.
I created a new paypal about a week ago from a new phone and only used my mobile data to access it via official app.
It was linked back to my old accounts last night because I ignorantly assumed I had been away from pp long enough to use some of same info. I did this against my better judgement and realize my mistake in this regard. But I do have a few questions if some could help:
1) I've read MAC address does not matter. So I should be fine to continue using the same phone, just re-download the paypal app, refresh my IP (celluar data) and create a new account? Perhaps mobile browser would be better?
2) Is there any benefit to using desktop v. phone?
3) What about business v. personal? I've seen some say business, some say personal, and some say doesn't matter.
4) Regarding SMS verification, I've read recommendations to just purchase a sim card through ebay. I'm think I'm missing something. How does this work if there is no service attached? Presumably I would need to buy service too but I frequently only see references to just purchasing the sim.
5) Do I need to worry about anything like user agents or canvas fingerprinting on mobile?
Thank you!! |
