Paypal Permanent limited, Can I use new profile to create paypal and link My eBay

I got permanent limited by Paypal, and i have been remove this Paypal account from eBay,

Now, i need to know if i can create new Paypal account with new name and link again to my existing eBay account?

I buy the Stealth Book already, but inside didn't take a part of this solutions,

Can somebody tell me?

Its doable but people have reported varying degrees of success.
I myself would advise you to use a new email, phone number, address. Use a variation of the first name and the same last name.
Create the paypal then switch the info on the ebay acct to match this info over a few days.
Then start operating the ebay again - slow as if it were a brand new acct (cause the paypal IS brand new).

If you have the real stealth guide you should have a badge indicating that.
You should put the code you got for it in the forum so it reflects that.

Answer to your question is basically a yes you can... but you just never know when both accounts will explode.

This works just make sure you're using new info and a different browser and delete old cookies or just start with a new profile as fresh.
