Crazy dispute story with paypal
Well I had a dispute with a buyer who claimed not as received, the day after he sent the payment..(what was he thinking?) So I just shipped out the item as usual and provided tracking number. Anyways a few days after the dispute got closed in the favour of the buyer, even before the item was delievered. So I was stunned and called paypal right away.. I asked them what happend and how is this possible, come to find out an agent closed the dispute in the favour of the buyer.. Im guessing he called in and told the agent some sob story which caused the agent to close the dispute in favour of him. Thank god I called in, the agent I spoke to said that this should have never happend, and he will be reporting the agent to his supervisor, and that within 24-48 hours the case will be closed in my favour.. I never knew this could happen, its possible for paypal agents to bend rules..
