Strange paypal limitation

Your connection is probably leaking and they see where you are connecting from therefore placed a limitation. Some countries by default is high risk. Just my two cents.

no connection.

It is lawsuit. they contacted paypal and requested my account to be frozen. PayPal has NO control over this since it is a court order.
