Warning - PayPal Steals Limited Funds

Just to warn those who are unaware, PayPal is now likely to keep the funds stuck in your limited account. Create a pattern of withdrawing funds as soon as they hit your account and never accept payments during an account review / limitation.

I had posted 6 months ago when my accounts got limited. I made the mistake of attempting to keep business running by accepting payments while my business account was limited, expecting the worst-case scenario to be a 6 month wait. This has happened to me in the past and I was able to withdraw the money after the 180 days they specify.

However, on the days before I was able to withdraw the funds this time, PayPal created a payment to themselves from each of my accounts, totalling to $20K. “Payment to: Paypal;PayPal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation;GEO/BRM: PayPal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation (daily)”

I knew what a corrupt and shiesty company they are, but this is just stealing at this point.

you have violated Paypal AUP policy,so Paypal is keeping the fund to protect itself.
as for continuing to accept payments while your account is restricted,it depends on why they restrict your account.
what did you sell?
