Fee avoidance? It may not be the same in all countries, but when you send as to somebody you trust, aka F&f, PP adds a fee, I think it's 4%. The receiver gets the amount in full, as the sender pays the fee. Pp pockets its fee in both ways.

I think you didn't notice the title. He's talking about the BTC exchangers here; they only accept F&F to minimise their own risk exposure.

OP, if you want to use this as a cashout method you don't have a choice. If you're not comfortable doing it you'll need to find another way to get money out.

The thing is that sellers in these bitcoin exchangers only want funds as f & f because btc transactions can't be reversed.
