Default We couldn’t confirm it’s you error

Today I went to log in to paypal and i was asked for a security code that never arrived on my mobile. I clicked the resend option a dozen times and now when I want to log in i got this " we couldn’t confirm it’s you". Of course the codes came after 3 hours one after the other. does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Is this a normal mobile phone? And you asked them to send the code through text?

If he wants to try again it'll have to be after 3 days, not sooner
