I also think that is overkill and I agree with the last post. Call your friend in Napoli (if the account is suppose to be there) and tell him to open from his computer

Interesting. I also made some accounts yesterday. 6 of them. Made on the same device using separate user accounts. Used the same ISP (mobile broadband dongle). Used the same sim card provider. Used the same email provider. All details were stealth. Rattled the 6 accounts out in less than 1 hour. All are fine today - no limitations.

If I understood even half of those high tech stealth methods that you're using, I might be able to give you some pointers.

Maybe some of the 10 people, whose real documents you were using, already have paypal accounts of their own?

People using all kinds of weird and wonderful ways to fool pp when not even in the same country. The extents gone to here are not that of the “average” person.

Maybe. A lot of peoples use PayPal. If only me created more then 6000 pp accs in last two years, plus other peoples. Well UK need to improve demographic.

Experimenting is one thing, but reinventing the wheellike the stealth guide that's been working since day 1 is just a total waste of everything

Might take into consideration the speed you are moving between paypal pages, do you scroll anything, do you warm cookies and do you copy-paste. I know they measure all of this data with timestamps, which I believe are used to detect suspicious accounts.
