It’s crazy that I have the same problem ap1337 has, I have been selling sneakers for over 2 years with the same method now all of a sudden none of my accounts are getting restored. Permanent ban straight after first sale. I find it hard that it’s only us with this problem. |
| Awest | 03-21-2022 09:31 PM | Re: PayPal instant limitation after a first payment. I’ve been having issues with stealth PayPal accounts now for the first time. In my case it gets limited immediately, I submit the documents which are accepted and everything seems fine. Then I receive the first payment it perma banned within days. I’m using a new device and new mobile data connection. |

Hello,
so I do have a problem. I was able to create tons of stealth PayPal accounts without any problem for a last few years, but for like last 7 days I'm not able to make any account. Making an account on a fresh user, fresh sim card, new local isp and everything - nothing works for me anymore. After a first payment before that PayPal was always asking for docs - I was sending them and account was getting restored, but now after a first payment they do just perma limit the account. Does anyone knows what's going on and how to avoid that? Thank you. | Have you found a solution so far? I'm facing the exact same problem. I tried to change everything including business name but I still got a permanent limitation immediately after the first sale. I'm suspecting that PayPal has decided to stop doing business with people in certain niches. |

Need more details about your setup and category of selling | I sell under "digital goods" category. I had been using a real account with friend's details for 3 months then all of a sudden, I got a permanent limitation immediately after receiving a payment. Then I created a new account with another friend's details using new ip, new simcard though I used the same window account and same browser but I cleaned cookies. Immediately after getting the first sale I got permanently limited. Today I have created a new account using another friend's details, new windows user account, and new simcard. I'm still waiting for my first payment, to see if I will be limited or not, but from what I have read on the previous comments here, it seems I will still get limited. I will let you know if I get limited or not after the first sale.
I sell PDF books on my website and I use "buy now" buttons. I'm also suspecting that my website may have been black listed by PayPal. Though I didn't mention my website on any of my accounts. I don't know if they check the referring website. I have also used the "noreferrer noopener" tags on the "buy now" buttons html codes |

| This is causing the link and suspension.
You need to change the website URL. |

You need to change the website URL. | Should I change only the URL but the same domain or create a whole new website? |

It is perfectly possible to make both personal and business accounts that do not get instantly limited with a request for ID. I've made loads in the last few months. |

| Unimoc007 | 08-09-2022 05:27 PM | Re: PayPal instant limitation after a first payment. I have the same problem now bro . Days ago my paypal accouts get limited even the first transaction not limited .then after 21 days when i try to withdraw it turns limited id
,Bussiness ,supply, invoice and trackings limitations |
| samspalace | 08-15-2022 07:53 PM | Re: PayPal instant limitation after a first payment. I think this is an oldish post but I’ll be happy to comment on this post as I run successful PayPal accounts in my business.
I create personal accounts not business accounts.
All accounts are created in my full name and date of birth. This way if I’m asked for proof of ID I submit my passport passes everytime.
I use my own router I’m with now tv turn it off and on I get new ip everytime. I use real address not a made up one, real SIM card, new gmail account, new bank account, No VCC
I sell risky items even on fresh accounts but spread sales to avoid any limitations. My items sell from £240-£300 per piece. I’ve only been asked on 2 accounts for proof of ID and tracking no invoices passed and accounts work perfectly.
I upload tracking to item once it’s been posted. I never wait 21 days to get my money always receive funds within 1 business day after buyer receives item. |
Re: PayPal instant limitation after a first payment. @samspalace, so the pp accounts are all created in same name and date of birth? If so, interesting.
Are you invoicing buyers directly or using your own website to sell? |

I list on Facebook and offer PayPal as a payment if someone wants to buy I will give them PayPal email and they pay via goods/services. If someone else is interested I will give them a different PayPal email. I always spread sales on different accounts. |

I'm using all different details, numbers, but almost everytime got ID limited after signup | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 12:33 AM. | |
