Default Which represents higher risk

So i have 2 options to login to paypal (currently)

1- Login using same IP country but from different device (that i never used before)

2- Login using VPN but from the same device I have been using

First option is normal behavior by any user, second one trigger due to bad IP match.

Both are risky but be careful while using VPNs. Don’t purchase, sell or transfer anything higher than what you usually do.

I lost a strong paypal doing that. While I was on vacation, I was using VPNs and Hotel Wi-Fi on my normal device. I made purchases higher than my normal amount and I think that’s what got me permanently limited

Why is VPN the only option for you? You can configure Residential Proxy even on a mobile device.
