Monthly Increase

PayPal had a limit on my account stating that if I went above 400 it would be held for up to 21 days.

I’ve requested for this to be increased to less than 5000.

Will this be a problem for my account? Asking because I know how sensitive PayPal accounts are.

Maybe on over reacting but some advice would be nice.

Yeah it’s true.

They stated my threshold was 400 for the month and anything after that would be held.

Options were given from less than 5000 up to like 20,000.

It’s happened for a few of my accounts.

I didn’t request for an increase before so I’m wondering if requesting will cause any issues.

Yes, I've had this on a few accounts. I requested <5k and they raised it to 8k per month.

I've had my main account going on 2 years, 25k a year revenue.

My 2nd account is currently awaiting a raise request so we will see.

In my opinion, you should be safe to request it.

It's not an issue requesting that.

They may reject it the first time but never causes problems
