I want to pay for something using my stealth acc but with a wise card. The card is not confirmed on the account so I don’t know if it will allow me pay. I think this is due to the address verification.

You can pay without verification but I think they will check avs when you try to pay and if it doesn't match with billing address they can block payment...unless wise card works regardless of billing address...try...I don't think they will ban account for purchase

Payment is £400+ so I doubt they will let it go through without confirmation. The card is adding to the PayPal account and stating but confining is not working.
