Tough to link a US-based bank account to non US pp account these days...I am going to try a Canadian account to be tied to a US bank account this week hopefully

I recalled Paypal back then has a policy ,for US expatriates who moved to a foreign country.he can link a US bank account to his foreign Paypal account.
Since Paypal is US based,this is no big deal.
There is something different with the way clearance is conducted between our central Bank (Federal Reserve) and Canadian Central Bank than with other foreign banks,I dont recall the details,you may be able to find more information by googling.
But I think Canadians can link a US bank account with his Paypal account,let us know.
I know there was a time Canadian used car buyer will drive across the border and meet with his US seller in a bank parking lot,then go inside the bank and complete the transaction.
I know at one time,Canadians will cross the border to buy cigarettes,some sellers will drive to Niagara Falls USPS post office and ship her dvd as domestic media mail,keeping the difference .

I was able to link US bank account easily with Canadian pp years ago but I haven't needed to do that until recently for new business division purposes

Sounds good.

In the mean time make a few back up stealth paypal accounts
