My PayPal account has received a limitation need help please
 

Hello I have received a message from PayPal saying this message below can this limitation be lifted by giving PayPal what they are asking for? This message is from my email address.


We need some information from you.


Why do we need this information?

We've noticed suspicious activity on a bank account added to your PayPal account. To confirm that you're the owner of the bank account, we need you to confirm your identity.
We've also temporarily limited certain features in your PayPal account.
Currently, you won't be able to:
Make a payment
Withdraw money

Yes it’s a stealth account I made it myself, will I get access to the money if I give them what they asked for?

Does that mean I will have to buy the things from here from a verified seller?

They then review it and remove the limitation

I haven’t got a bank account on there I’m not sure why they said the below.

Why did they mention bank account I haven’t got a bank account even linked on my PayPal and I didn’t even try to link a bank account so this doesn’t make no sense to me.

From stealth PayPal to my real PayPal that’s how I withdraw.

This sounds like a canned response,suspicious activity related to your bank account.
You said you link no bank but send the money to your real account?
Is it for goods and services or friend and family which you pay no Paypal fee?
and how did you get the money out of the real Paypal account?

besides sending it to another Paypal account,I believe you can use a Paypal MC card and move the money there,and it will go to a bank account,cant recall the name of the bank ,US only

most likely the account was limited due to absence of withdrawal methods and he was probably sending all his turnover to his other account as friends/family

now paypal are likely asking to upload ID and proof of address

I haven’t tried linking any bank account on the stealth PayPal account or vcc so I’m not sure why they are saying suspicious activity related to your bank account.

Yes I send all the money to my real PayPal account using F&F option all the time and I withdraw the money using my real PayPal sending money straight to bank account, so it could be that I’m not sure why they’re saying it’s because of suspicious bank activity that part I don’t understand.

limitation likely occurred because the funds were not withdrawn but only moved to another account , use credit card and bank account from a high street bank

why not ask them,tell them you have not linked a bank account because you do not have one,but my friend (the real account) does ,thats why I am sending $$ to him and he will pay my bills with his check book?He is my cousin !
