My PayPal account has received a limitation need help please
Hello I have received a message from PayPal saying this message below can this limitation be lifted by giving PayPal what they are asking for? This message is from my email address.
We need some information from you.
Why do we need this information?
We've noticed suspicious activity on a bank account added to your PayPal account. To confirm that you're the owner of the bank account, we need you to confirm your identity.
We've also temporarily limited certain features in your PayPal account.
Currently, you won't be able to:
Make a payment
Withdraw money |

Why did they mention bank account I haven’t got a bank account even linked on my PayPal and I didn’t even try to link a bank account so this doesn’t make no sense to me. |

This sounds like a canned response,suspicious activity related to your bank account.
You said you link no bank but send the money to your real account?
Is it for goods and services or friend and family which you pay no Paypal fee?
and how did you get the money out of the real Paypal account? |

| besides sending it to another Paypal account,I believe you can use a Paypal MC card and move the money there,and it will go to a bank account,cant recall the name of the bank ,US only |

| I haven’t tried linking any bank account on the stealth PayPal account or vcc so I’m not sure why they are saying suspicious activity related to your bank account.
Yes I send all the money to my real PayPal account using F&F option all the time and I withdraw the money using my real PayPal sending money straight to bank account, so it could be that I’m not sure why they’re saying it’s because of suspicious bank activity that part I don’t understand. |

why not ask them,tell them you have not linked a bank account because you do not have one,but my friend (the real account) does ,thats why I am sending $$ to him and he will pay my bills with his check book?He is my cousin ! |

| Someone also opened a PayPal case I just remembered now that’s maybe why they got suspicious.

| Did that someone open a case before or after Paypal limited your account?
I see what the problem is now-
if someone does a chargeback or file a case,and you have already sent the fund to another Paypal account,your account will turn negative.
Then Paypal will ask you to transfer fund from your bank account to make it zero,but you have no bank account.
There is also another way for Paypal to recover that GBP 543 via your credit card.
and you do not have a credit card added to your paypal account. |

case was likely the trigger but actual problem are missing details
people who want to do business on paypal regularly should always confirm all details in advance , this is name , address , bank , card , business name , business category etc. . paypal regularly limit accounts with incomplete data on file |

| Okay I have checked my email for accurate info and can see the person who opened a dispute paid £45.00 using F&F option and it was his GF account and he used her account without her permission so she didn’t know and she thought her PayPal has been hacked so she files a dispute on that transaction and I logged onto PayPal using a new device that I never use for PayPal so I got the email from PayPal (We noticed a new device login) and I decided to close down the case within 29 minutes using the new device, Then on Wednesday evening I received a email from PayPal We need some information regarding your PayPal account. |

BTW,our local supermarket has marked down its pomegranite from 2 for $6,to $1.39 each and still no taker.
There are tons of them,and pineapple too,in the past they mark down their pineapple to 99 cents.
It is Kroger and it ships to every store irregardless of location,ethnicity and income level. |
