1. On very first day when I encountered this problem and tried to solved it at that day I was able to make 2 deposits at hosting company but after that (tried yesterday last time) this opportunity/option was also closed i.e. not working.

2. My Tuxler VPN (browser extension) is good as this VPN make strong dns level changes i.e. working great since years.

3. Absolutely I know I have to keep all account related details ready before making call. The only problem is I bought VCC from someone and now trying to find from where I bought VCC so I may have complete VCC details (complete card number, expiry cvc) before making call.

4. Tracing caller location: This is very basic thing and I know, definitely I will not call from my local number however I will first buy Indonesian number and then make call. Last time (years before) I bought Skype number and made similar successful call. I am sure similar opportunity is still open.

Now when I try and am redirected from vendor site to Paypal then still I get message "Welcome Back! We recognized you on this device ....." but now at this stage also I am asked for username and password.

If someone knows from where I can buy cheaper Indonesian phone number then I can make call. I mean same phone number I will request Paypal to update in my profile. I don't know if VoIP will work or not.

you contact paypal , pass verification and place a new cellphone on file

this is the best way to go regardless of the other issues

do you know someone in Indonesia who can get into your account?You said you have $1600 in your account,so you need someone you can trust????????????
Or you just have to buy an Indo phone card.

Yes, this is the option which I am thinking and will do. Just need to find complete vcc number from emails, forums. Need to find from where I bought that added vcc because I am sure, Paypal support will ask for complete card number, expiry and cvc. And other details I have like recent transactions, complete phone number and other history.

BTW, do you know how to get Indonesian phone number to make call to Paypal. And second which is best and cheap option to buy phone number for Paypal. Definitely I have to provide new number for update and I also need to keep that ready.

Which are 1,2,3 options to buy mobile number.

And another question, is it necessary that I must add Indonesian number or I can also add other country number.

I think if I do this as my own as normal user then adding other country phone number is fine but in current situation its risky to give Paypal support Non-Indonesian number as this will make my case more suspicious.

Sorry to say mate but I must have to say that your reply is very funny and illogical and reminds me some joke.

Whole night someone keep telling the story about some romantic person to a group of people and in the morning one from those people was asking if that person was "he" or "she". The whole night he could not figure out if story is about male or female.

In same way, this topic is started since so many days and I have posted each and every thing and today you are saying "who can get into your account". I work alone on Internet and also can't trust anyone about 8-10 days old Paypal.

If I can't get into this account then how some other body can get into this account.

The reason I said a real person from Indonesia could try getting into your Indonesian Paypal account.
May be the problem is Paypal knows you are not in Indonesia,your VPN may be good enough for individual ,but Paypal has something better ?

Besides Pakistan,PAYPAL also does not do business in Turkey.
I recall someone posted on this forum,he tried to say he is in Egypt and that does not work.
Have you consider asking someone who knows more about the VPN you are using?
or like someone suggested,use a different browser?
