Default Help Please! I am in difficult situation....selling iphones

hi,

my account paypal was suspensed forever for risky activity.
my ebay is fine.

i plan making/buying stealth ebay and paypal account from lakeman, is this safe and secure?

also, i always sold iphones, how long and what activity should i do on ebay so that i dont get caught and being in risk of suspension again..

another thing, will my paypal be at high risk of getting limited soon because of no ssn.....

because in 2011, irs will work with paypal to collect tax, for 20k and above business a year, if i sell less, do i need to provide a ssn

2nd choice.....
can i provide my brothers ssn, and use my address, NJ and NY location, will the different ip address raise a alarm flag? to make a new paypal

sorry for all the questions... this is a good chunk of my income..
please help
thanks!

First get the stealth guide.

Second Lakeman is solid.

Third don't use other people's ID unless you want to cause problems for them too.

Fourth - is your iphone real? Or are you selling bogus...

A bit odd that the suspension came down the Paypal pipeline and not the ebay pipeline

I for one wouldn't want someone relative or not using my SSN on something that is going to generate a 1099.

No the thing is that we both do this....so i used my ssn the last time....and he is willing to use it... because we worked together...

i mean when the irs law takes affect to paypal in 2011, will all paypal accounts require ssn?

is the stealth account a good way to go?

i sell authentic iphones... not bogus.

Where do you manage to get enough of them with enough profit to make it work for you? I'm sure that Paypal is thinking the same thing too. If they are legit and from a legit source you should be able to at least get a receipt for them and you will be over one hurdle

I am a college student...so my big chunk of income is not much... but i sell used, buy them when i see cheap on ebay or craigslist..

if i start selling iphones, or used cellphones 2 weeks after i make stealth account, is that okay?

sorry to sound reptitive.

Not at all the more we know the better chance of helping.
Unfortunately I don't think that ebay and craigslist will offer much satisfaction to Paypal because there is no way to gaurantee authenticity from those sources.

ok i see.

but do you think if i sell 1 at a time, i can decrease my account chances from being limited by a lot?

like i would be selling iphone cables, cases, and and 1 iphone a time.....
say 30 iphones a year.

will ssn be required starting next year?

I definitely think one at a time would be a safer route to go. Selling the accessories is the type of thing that I would do to try and throw them off the scent, although I have no way of knowing if it works or not.
Don't know about ss# being required next year.

thanks for the info.
it would be great if you knew someone that knew whether ssn was required for 2011.

thanks anyway.

A PayPal rep told me that SSN# will be required on ALL US seller accounts. Have a nice day!

I'm sure if the info is out there someone will chime in.
Worst case scenario set up an LLC and use the FEIN costs $$$ but you'll get one for each LLC you set up, whereas you only have one SSN.

Put the hammer down and try to make as much money as you can in the meantime
