Default paypal dispute

I have a claim esculated to a dispute....it is giving me 2 options when I got to resolve 1) issue the buyer full refund or 2) provide evidence that I have already issued a refund if I do not respond within 10 days they will find in favor of the buyer. I have emailed customer support about 6 times and they do not answer my questions.

wow, they can really do that??? It was not tied to ebay at all so I thought they offered no buyer protection when done that way?

Only thing you can do is provide tracking.

Call Paypal if they're not answering your emails. I don't even bother emailing anymore.

yeah I would do that but I set up in a guys name so I am sure this would be a red flag for them.
