i also came accross 21 day holds on my paypals, not all but about 3-4 out of 10. but the thing is i do not sell on ebay and never did. i sell from my own site and buyers just send me money to my paypal account and right after a buyer sent money i get an email saying that from now on there will be 21 day holds, so i just refund and leave the account. don't really trust paypal holding my money.
also i signed up with ccnow and they are amazing, for those of you who can wait 14 days to get a deposit i highly recommend ccnow.

not always.... i have 1 ste alth account that ships everything with a shipping label with tracking......its usually about 40 items a month for this account and they haven't released anything yet....its been about 14 days since they started the 21 day hold on this account.....

the other steal...started the 21 day hold about a week ago....they got that money too...

i even got pos feedback on a few....they still got my money

wish i could hold everyones money for 21 days.....dam, that has just got to be alot of money..millions .. to bad we couln't get interest on that money as they hold it because you can bet your sweet as.. they are somehow.

eBay to Change Practices on PayPal 21 Day Holds

Im bit worried about this 21 day money holding. Im about to sell some stuff outside of ebay w/ my stealth account and them items are pretty expensive (2k€ range). So I guess im gonna have to tell my buyers their item will be shipped ONLY when money gets cleared.
Im not in a mood of letting anyone getting my items and than have a chance of even saying he didnt receive the item and gets his money back.

Damn, just come online to ask about this, looks like im not the only one whos pissed.

So basically the 21day limit will be lifted when:

Ive got over 100 positive feedback
and been a member for 6 months.

Making new stealth accounts is guna be really slow going in terms of turnover.

Not true.

I have an account with 195 fb and almost 2 years old and they are still holding the funds.
