Is there a way i can set up payments to sellers so i dont have to log into paypal everytime i have to pay

OP I dont think there is any sort of automatic payment system on paypal as there are with some banks I bank with - again, someone may know different.

OP please be more specific as what you are trying to do? Because there is a difference in setting up an Automatic Payment for a monthly service or if you plan to Automate the purchasing of some items off Ebay.

If it's the later one then that can't be done obviously and you will need to login every time you have to pay a seller.
