 Buyer Returning item back with out signature
Hello fellas,i have a question about a SNAD i have on ebay.The story is this,
a buyer bought my item and pay,item send with insurance,signature confirmation,Buyer file a SNAD in the same day he receive the itme.
The buyer not even give me a chance of talk to him and say,ok. send item back and i will refund in full as i always do,he file a dispute and escalate in the same minute.
I accept what he wants on paypal,return item and i will refund in full,i have the filling this guy want's to rape me sending me a empty box or some thing like that...The question is this,the item is a $375 valued,The buyer return the item with out signature confirmation.Can i win this claim if i just say i didn't receive the item?(not received yet) but i want to be prepared.
I read some rules about items over$250.
I learn that lesson last month when i sold an item $400 and buyer say he didn't receive,even with a delivery confirmation i loose that fight,i find out later it was because item delivered with out signature confirmation,So if you sell an item over$250 DO NOT send it with out signature confirmation.
