Paypal "BAD REQUEST"

I been getting this message when i try to go to my paypal
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
then it says
Cookie: blahblahblahblablahblahblahblahblah
(not putting the cookie for security reasons..)

any1 else ever experience this?
