Is anything happening with your account that you ask this?
It differs between the countries too.

Dmshark25 | 07-25-2013 04:11 AM | Yep , patience is the key to stealth don't worry about the holds eventually they will be lifted , work hard and ship fast
I'm in the states and luckily my items for in priority flat rate boxes and padded envelopes so I pay $5.15 and $5.70 I only do domestic everything arrives in 2-3 days and than funds lifted 3 days later
I try and ship same day if sale was on time so in 6 days funds are released |
@poimo, dont focus on bypassing the 21 day hold - focus more on keeping customers happy with fast shipping and quality product. Arrange your operations so you can work with the hold - over time, as your credibility is built, holds can come off...but can come back on too, keep that in mind |
parker1608 | 07-26-2013 04:38 AM | By the new rules , most of country paypal hold 21 days , If it can ship before 3 days with tracking number and can be faster delivered , the funds will be available early .Australia account doesnt hold for 21 days , but it can not withdraw too fast , it will get limited or suspened , so it doesnt matter how many days hold ~ |

keithy72 | 07-26-2013 07:50 AM | This is what I done in my stealths to get my money sooner.
When creating the listing on your new ebay page, explain that you are new to ebay but you will be providing A+ Customer service and that you will post same/next day etc and also on the listing state that you would really appreciate the feedback as soon as possible because you have lots of things to sell and you want other potential buyers to see that you can be trusted etc etc...
I found that most of my buyers left pos feedback very quickly in most cases, then as soon as you get a positive feedback paypal can release your funds, however they will not release it unless you ask them to do so.....So you send them an email every day or whenever you have a new positive f/b with all the new positive feedbacks you have received then they will manually release the funds for you. (You have to give them all the transaction details.)
I just sent one email and then kept replying every day with more funds that they would need to release, then after a few weeks they will get sick of you and realise that you are an honest ebayer and release the 21 day hold altogether.
I am of course just expressing my opinions from my own experience, no problems have been caused when doing it this way.
Good luck. |
Nice experience you are having - I dont send out these e-mails just to avoid unnecessary attention to my account but it does seem to be working for you. |

Good luck. | If this works for you, then fine.
I prefer to not give away too much info or invite PayPal to " look" at my account. As for funds release I never chase them for that

Furious George | 07-26-2013 07:34 PM | established accounts with over 1000 feedback, FLAWLESS feedback still get hit with holds
You'll get an email when they don't hold the funds anymore.
Then you might get another one saying they're holding funds.
Then you might get another one saying they're not holding funds. |
GreenBean | 07-26-2013 07:44 PM | @FuriousGeorge
Wait until you get the emails at the same time. Their own staff have issues deciding which one is valid.
Have to love paypal.
That movie Sleepless in Seattle has a rerun
Clueless with Paypal.

Then you might get another one saying they're not holding funds. | I have had this exact thing happen many times over the past year or so.
Eventually ending up with tons of accounts with no limits and no holds.
For me most of mine used to get the 21 day holds off around 90 days but anymore I am getting them oddly around 45-60 days or so.
Just got an account that is just a few days older then 90 days get no holds and no limits on sales which is rare.
All accounts are different and as I always state, ebay and pp love to just toss a dart and see where it sticks. |

There's always the chance of ebay/paypal 'landing' and making a mess.

oompaloompa | 07-31-2013 03:19 AM | I age my accounts and sell slow til holds disappear and never ever had one after that.....I age them over 3-6 months, not that many fb needed sometimes as little as 5......it tells you if you will get hold on the auction when you press confirm on listing....so I test it with a few small listings and see if I am good to go for more exensive items.... |

Dmshark25 | 07-31-2013 07:05 PM | I never get emails , payments just start showing up as instant |

JamesNorth101 | 07-31-2013 07:27 PM | Not had an email for a while saying this. Just notice the funds becoming available. Tends to happen after 90 days of selling at the moment, but not always. |
wasaby | 07-31-2013 07:37 PM | i have sold 9 items per 1 week, used the next day shipping
