Seriously PayPal mindset is not ready for this. Their policy is base on the paranoia fueled by eBay past history. You should see the responds to this article in the comment section. I recommend many of you here express your frustration and experience with PayPal like other on this article have. At least to destroy PayPal's image and reputation by a few percent as they have destroyed many start ups at large. Those who are here on the forum should know what I am talking about.
