Alternatives To Pay-Pal

Does anyone here know of a good alternative to Pay-Pal? I need a simple credit card processing option for my site (I will be selling a book from my site and I just need a good option so people can buy my book via credit card). Pay-Pal hasn't been a good experience, so I'm looking for other options.
