PayPal 10 Cents:Added Security

Has anyone gotten the " We're going to deposit then withdraw 10 cents for added security" message?
I verified my bank account(which is prepaid) then it showed me that message.
Can the bank release my real info to PayPal because my Paypal account is in stealth info.

This message happens - I would not worry too much about it; just dont upload funds from the bank.

On any financial transaction, name of the person sending money is shown (part of the receipt generated) - usually not an issue with PP
