My main account expired years ago and never asked me to add a newer one.

Just my 1st stealth and it's asking me too.

Not sure about European accounts. But in the States if you allow your CC to expire. Then part of your PayPal verification process goes away. It puts back on limits how much you can withdrawal during a given month etc.

Yeah I have my main account with no limits on my ebay at all and no limits on my paypal and I didn't update it a few years ago with a newer card either.

And it's strange to get an email from PP asking to update it.

Maybe the other account is so old that they don't care for it no more.
