What I meant is that kind of refund is the bad move unless you knew your buyers. If you are not refund on the same transaction, buyer would still be able to claim for a refund if they are not happy. Refund and sending money are totally different.
Later, you don't want to prove to paypal that you sent money to your buyer as a refund from another account which meant showing them you are the owner of 2 accounts and you know what may happen next.

But if you have done your homework, your buyer may well now be happy.
