PP/USPS lagging

Anyone else having issues these last couple days with PP deducting USPS postage fees latter rather than sooner, as it normally does? I had printed off labels over 2 hours ago and they are just now popping up in my email. Normally, as soon as I hit purchase postage, the emails hits immediately.
