Buying from walmart with paypal - transaction canceled.

I've never been able to purchase a gift card on Walmart with PayPal funds. It gets cancelled everytime. I can buy anything else on there just not gift cards.

Every time I've tried to purchase from Walmart, it fails. High or low risk, still happens. Stopped bothering with it.

It has been advise countless number of times to not cash out using major retailers.
