Paypal buyer address

Hi guys
Got a complaint for non receipt of goods ive sold.
Out of habit, i send to confirmed address on paypal. Have just looked and her address is.different on ebay. She obviously hasnt updated her new address.
Who is in the wrong here as ive posted with tracking to her paypal confirmed address.
Thanks if you are able to advise me as i dont.want to refund if not necessary.

Through ebay messagea. Hasnt opened a case as yet :-)

Oh and also...she hasnt realised the address difference. She has accepted that ive posted but she said if she doesnt receive by xmas eve, then she will open a case.
She should receive tomorrow at paypal address but i expect she is going to.open a case if her residential address is that of the one on ebay and not paypal.

Aslong as you posted to the paypal address with tracking, you are covered for any INR case they may open.

Advise the buyer to update their address, could just be an honest oversight.

Communicate with the buyer....avoid the opening of claim
