eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Withdrawal Sent Back (Mismatched Names)....

I've withdrawn 9k on multiple occasions. This time it was a few thousand more. Not sure why they had no issues with large withdrawals in the past and all of a sudden get "pissed off" over this.

$10k is a particular threshold in the USA for cash deposits within 24-hours. Your deposits weren't cash, but it could easily just be a general threshold to cause a manual review/risk assessment for Key.

Thing is paypal can/does remove the bank account AND limit paypals for these types of transactions.

Going to depend on the standing of your account what the overflow is.
