One stealth account created name DOB SSC phone verified. Limited 5 sales or $500. I phoned at PayPal on day 28- was told to call back in 2 days , which would be 30 days since first sale. I was asked two questions and they even said to me "We always welcome new sellers." Anyways, increased to 50 sales and $2000 and was told to call back again in 30 days if I needed to increase sales.
Seems to be going ok. I used Entropay. I have been reading and reading here but cannot find the most up to date info on withdrawing my funds. I've read certain banks are easier to use and don't verify names. I posted earlier that I have an old PayPal account that was negative- now it is at 0.00 balance due to PP collection after I received empty box that was supposed to contain a $700 "broken" phone. Ebay sided with Buyer- I closed my bank account and canceled credit cards. A year later I just checked that PP account with the same and only device I used for that account and balance is 0.00 - not negative. I'd really like to use that account and just add my new banking info so I can withdraw legit. But until I know if that will work- what is best way to w/d funds from stealth PP account?
