How to get into your Paypal account if you can't access your phone?

Go to any website that accept Paypal as payment, for example: https://www.misspap.com/womens/dresses

Add to your basket few things and click Checkout. There you click on PayPalCheckout. It asks you to log in, you do it.

Now turn off little payment window and that's all. Go to Paypal.com and you are logged in.

i have stealth paypal Europe that is limited for more 180 days. now not log in and giving this error Authentication required want to call old number . i have no access to old number any more what shall i do ?

I have to send sms to the number on my PayPal account.
I don’t have acces to it am there is no way to log in.
I contact them live chat they told me to call this is the only way...
Is there someone hier offering this type of services to call for me and replace number sence I’m not even d I’m Uk like my account

i don't know if this will raise suspicion, but what worked for me is:

1. remove your paypal account as automatic payment method in eBay
2. then update your automatic payment method in eBay by re-attaching the same paypal account, you'll be redirected in a pop-up screen and have to login to your paypal account.
3. you'll get a confirmation in the pop-up screen and will be asked if you want to go back to ebay or to Paypal. ATTENTION, THE PAYPAL OPTION APPEARS FOR ABOUT 1-2 SECONDS, SO CLICK ON IT FAST
(it might also work without clicking on the option of going back to paypal, but i haven't tried that)
4. you can't do anything in the pop-up screen after that, but if you go back to the browser and open a new tab and just type the general paypal url, you should be in, and able to change your phonr nr
