OP, could it be that you are not checking the right e-mail associated with the pp? Or incorrectly entered?

i figured it out. its because payments were made through the credit/debit card option on ebay. that option prevents a paypal transaction from being logged. not much i can do about it.

call? i cant hear **** as it is so how would that help?
