You can use phone tethering with your cellphone or get a dedicated SIM from one of the lithuanian providers

| But I use my main account on my cellphone, so that's not an option for me.
I guess VPN is the best solution for that. |

Why don't you use ilcarletto's advice and get a few stealth accounts going on a computer?
You might have to google otherwise to find a good VPN...not "cheap" or "Free" |
