hello i have several paypal accounts where i can get money but my main account is totally banned.
im in USA
i tried adding new bank of america account and it failed
also im trying the WISE account ( evolve bank & trust)
i get error in paypal
(this account needs a little help to link it contact us)
can some one please help me >? do i need another bank i think its mismatched names

when you can't add bank, it means your account is limited.
You need to contact the support so they can open a request to unlock it after 72hrs.
You need to call them (it's the best).

I have a stealth US account ready to withdraw after 180 days, Im trying to adding Wise account but get this message:

''This account needs a little help to link it. Contact us and we can help with that, or you can link a different account.''

I waited for 72 hours as paypal support recommended but still get same message.

I will appreciate if anyone have an idea or able to help to solve my problem.

Just keep calling they will do it for you. Or try a different bank.

Need to have an active phone number on PayPal, so that you could pass a security check and link a bank account.

Thanks for help, now I'm in next step.
I added a VOIP phone number to paypal account without problem. But when I try to add bank account now it is asking for adding phone number again and doesn't accept my VOIP number. Can they recognize any difference of a VOIP from a real phone number ?

I would recommend adding non VoIP number, you can simply rent a US phone number.

VOIP is not very good, I think there's someone in the forum market place that rents out phone numbers for instances like this so you can find him there.

So you want a real bank account and then usually just ring PayPal and they can most the time manually add it for you

Unfortunately even a real phone number doesn't work. As suggested I work on it with a seller from the marketplace, we tried two different phone number, no luck. What he said they don't work because my account already have quick security check. What is that mean exactly and what is the way to solve this problem ?

Need to wait a few weeks before a new phone number is recognized by PayPal system.

You can withdraw to any card supported by paypal without any problem. PayPal wont ask you name on card or bank . You can use any supported card or bank to witdhraw to load funds to and from PayPal.

Having not used PayPal for quite a long time now,

In retrospect the amount of money they held,
froze, or didnt allow to withdraw is crazy,

eBay have done without them now,
But just to give them more control,

your best bet is to go to contact the people who sent you the payments and work it out so that you refund them and they send you the funds some other way.

This differernt problem for link new bank in your account.
After 180 days u can get email from paypal about withdraw, but your accounts still restricted, and need send documents if paypal ask this. Maybe 5-10 years ago it work without any problems, 180 days passed, and withdraw funds easy, but now it headache
