Repeated transfers like this can lead to limitation - especially more so if doing a friend transfer. Invoice if anything but be careful

Actually even repeated invoicing can cause limitation. Remember paypal uses Machine Learning. It's all about your habits.

Hi! I need some help from experience members of this forum, I would like to buy ebay + paypal US account, but sellers always says that as citizen of EU I will not be able to withdraw money from paypal If I do not have US bank account, any ideas how to figure it out? I was thinking about bitcoin....

Exchanging your paypal funds for bitcoin is always a good option :-)
Of course you will have to figure out how to exchange back to fiat.

I received an email saying that I can withdraw money from paypal, but when I made a withdrawal order, all of the funds were declined. What can I do to withdraw my money now?

You need to call paypal customer support, but as far as I know all countries paypal customer support phone lines are closed now because of corona virus, so you cannot get your money out before Paypal opens their phone lines. At the moment that is very hard to say when that will happen. I have a limited account myself with small amount of money in it, tried sending 2 times paypal messages already in last 8 days but that did not help.
Paypal customer serivce is bad right now compared to ebay customer service.
Or you could try to withdraw in smaller amounts like 25-50 $ each. That might work. I have done withdrawal with smaller amounts once I needed to withdraw large amount and it worked. Of course noone in paypal customer service told me to do this! Just thought about it myself.

You can send mail to them because their phone lines are closed. I had same problem but they resolved my problem via mail.

How did you solve this issue?! They respond with pattern messages always. No support from them for 2 months and a lot of letters started.

Аfter the first time i wrote to them, they sent me an automatic message but i sent them the same message again with the addition that i could not solve my problem and the next day they fixed things.

it is not possible to withdraw to friends card. not all countries paypal let to withdraw to VISA

Hi guys, is it possible these days to withdraw to a friend's bank account?

I have a paypal limitation on a stealth act (lesotho) but told i can withdraw my money to bank act or wait 180 days for instructions on how to withdraw.

Problem is im not from lesotho and dont know if i can add any bank account.

Dont know if this has been answered already but will be grateful for useful advice or recent post i can read.

Can i get this money out or its gone forever?

either private transaction or paxful or localbitcoins, just be careful of scams as always!

You will get an email mail from PP after 180 days - basically you log back in and withdraw the money to your bank account on file (refund still works). Most all other features from PP will still be locked...purchases/transfers/etc. But you mention issue with bank account - not sure you can add a “new account” in this limited state.

This is why it’s recommended to open backup PP accounts, and transfer monies in between, this way you can still “refund” to yourself to another account when one becomes “limited”.

I think the only problem that may occur is the merchant or bank managing your friend's visa card may decline the transaction due to mismatch names.

Once 180 days have passed (give or take), you will need US bank account. I'm not sure if the check mailed to address option still can be done - haven't tried it in ages.
