Hi everyone i am having a problem with eBay right now and especially with the buyer. My eBay account is suspended and because of this issue if buyer opens a dispute eBay will automatically refund and close the dispute .. i have tracking details i have proof it was sent and buyer will receive the goods next week as it us already in buyers country. EBay told me they cannot do anything and i should try to contact paypal. Will paypal help me? Thank you |

I think it should be possible. Rate might be higher. About scam, as you will be the one sending paypal, the btc seller would be the one taking the risk here not you. |

Transferwise just added direct debit features which can help linking and verifying the bank account in paypal. The verification for TW is very basic. |

I am withdrawal the third month from Paypal on Payoneer without any problem.
If it is possible to connect the Payoneer bank account to Paypal it is possible without any the problems withdrawal. |

In Poland I live, I have bought Ebay and Paypal American stealth accounts and I am paying to myself to the Polish bank account from Payoneer (of course earlier is PayPal to Payoneer). Normally functioning. One very important: not confirm deposit from Payoneer in Paypal. |

If You can linked USA bank account from Payoneer to Paypal You can withdrawal.
One is very important, when You receive 2 microdeposit from PayPal to Payoneer not confirm this and withdrawal then certainly working always (my Century bank from Payoneer working in Paypal about 3 months).
Its all.
Probably 99% users linked usa bank account from Payoneer to Paypal and confirm 2 microdeposits ... and then PayPal this blocked.

It is likely that I am the first man on this forum which learnt that not confirmed bank account in Paypal (USA of course, maybe also other country) was acting for withdraw without the problem,
I didn't know about it of course, I knew that people on the forum had written that when confirmed it at once paypal blocked this account.
It is worthwhile recalling that I bought the Paypal account on this forum over 3 years ago and I didn't use 3 years. I also created Payoneer in the same time.
However I connected Payonner with Paypal about 3 months ago.
