Can you tell me what it means fully verified ? That I add visa card, or that I sent my documents ?

If its about Paypal US, fully verified means you have linked up your bank and added your credit card.

But they might request you more documents like IDs etc

Yes. It's possible to withdraw money from PayPal to Visa card. But, your PayPal account needs to verify 100%. It's not important to match Account name.

has everyone had a relatively easy time withdrawing money from paypal to bank of america with mismatch names and the bank was able to get the money without problems?

I am withdrawing from PayPal to my wife's Visa Card without any problems.

She doesn't have my last name, so none if her info is matching with mine.

But we're from Bulgaria and I am not sure if our cards here support AVS (I think they don't)

Most big banks do not have issues with name mismatched.

for paypal, it does not matter, the main thing that your Bank was able to accept payment in another name
some us banks will allow this without problems

Easiest method for me is
Paypal > bitcoin
Bitcoin exhange > card.

As simple as that.

When sending any payment to a visa card number names are not verified as there is no such service to accommodate this. Send without worry

So did you not attach a bank to your paypal ? seems like a good method if you don't have a bank account to attach.

Wouldn't they stop you before you transfer and also if you somehow manage to transfer and then they block your money and account??

What do you do in that case?

Are you using a Belgian Card with with Belgian Paypal?

Anyone had experience with converting your money to Bitcoin from PP every month around 1000-2000$? It doesn't sound like a life insurance to me. Paypal sees as an internal money transfer which is fine once or twice.. I am wrong?

I have been a seller on eBay for almost two years now. As my current business model on eBay with their latest policy has become an endangered specie, I am looking for ways to diversify what I am doing on multiple accounts.

Anyhow, I am about to purchase 'eBay stealth' guide, but before hand I would like to find out one thing:
My business model requires a steady cashflow in my bank account (as I have a legitimated registred company in my country, and I need cash in my bank account, so I can 'feed' the business). If I make a stealth account for PayPal, how would I be able to make withdrawals (or transfers) to my real bank account? What are the limitations?
