I was told by pp that you can only withdraw to a verified bank account.
Maybe that's why you aren't able to withdraw to a debit card. It might not
be that the card isn't verified, it's that you can only withdraw to a verified
bank account. Someone else here might know otherwise but that's what
I was told by a chatty pp rep.

They are responsible for those funds until they are deposited into your bank
account so maybe they view a debit card as not being a safe place to deposit
your money. Is the debit card attached to a bank account? Can you have
the funds deposited into that account?

Just FYI, Some Countries allow for PayPal deposits to Debit Cards/CC's.

Here's a question when paypal does the initial verification into your account they also withdraw that deposit. So can't they see who the account belongs to on that withdraw? Same with a credit back from the cc charge.

load up IP BURGER to your laptop....

write down the IP address and just reset your internet router.......

the IP changes automatically.....it loses the old one and grabs a new one.... simples.

Had same problem
After 30 days was good to go without calling
Few days might be too little if account is brand new

sorry I dont know.. I have not used entropay.. I know that we can purchase mastercard prepago and add at paypal..

no.. these can be purchased from local bank but they are mastercard. In Bolivia country, also is sold credit card prepago but these are visa and are sold for bank.. (sorry my english)

Guys I bought the stealthebay ebook and plan to make a stealth paypal account but would like to know if I can make payments for someone else on ebay? For example lets say I have $50 in my paypal balance and I would like to make an ebay purchase for a friend by logging into their ebay account and using my paypal account during checkout will this be a problem if i used google voice to verify my paypal account? I currently have a 100% verified US paypal account and i've been able to make ebay payments on behalf of others without any issues, was just wondering if I would still be able to do so with a stealth account. I feel like most of the limitations and issues discussed here pertains to ebay sellers to which i'm not. Thanks.

Hey guys new to this thread so I hope everyone is doing well. I have a question that i hope someone could possibly answer. Let's say that you have a newer paypal and ebay account that just sold 8 items for $600 each. So with that there is usually a 21 day pending before the money goes through, lets say that a buyer who bought one of those items files a claim or says the item is damaged. Does this freeze the other pending amounts that are going on, and does this then prevent you from transferring the money from the other sold items once 21 days is up

Welcome to the forums samk398.

It is difficult to say anything is 100% certain with pp...I don't think the claim affects other payments BUT you may get hit with a limitation if you try to withdraw while the claim is affect (paypal security flag may get tripped).

Hello guys, I am very new on the forum. I am from Bulgaria. I like to buy several accounts USA and I already know that I need to have a VPN for it
Anyway I have a question : When I get the paypal account how I`ll be able to withdraw the money if I dont have a VISA card. Because I have tried to add a bank account with different name than the name on paypal account and the bank doesnt allow the transaction and I cant see the code which paypal send for the vertification...
I have same situation in UK, I have a friend who sell there and we are just woundering how to withdraw the money from paypal .... when have different names

1st. You can only withdraw funds from a USA PayPal to a bank account
2nd. THere's no such thing as "instant" withdrawal, all withdrwals take 1-3 days

So let us try again... what PayPal are you using that you need to know the amount of funds needed on the attached card

Nobody will give you a clear answer for some deep tricks that will attract competition. Sellers always protect themselves and I think it's no problem. But if you kind enough there're some senior members are willing to answer your question. Then you find 4-5 members always give you a very accurate answer but you need to observe and differentiate. The answers from these members are saving life. They may choose not to help us. You may ask in a clever way. Do not ask everything straightly. The best way is to research 80% answers for one month, then do a lot of tests as I always do too.

Would it mean the same as withdrawing to a bank account. These are not stealth. My bank account is attached to my friends ebay and paypal account. So it should be the same? from paypal to bank account but never bank account to paypal.

Hi I have EU Paypal verified with EU receiving limits lifted and I have limitation of withdrawing limit 500$ per day to my Visa Electron! Is there any way to raise this limit???

I don't understand paypal did their two deposits and they were deposited the very next day once i got the set up. but waiting now 3-4 days trying to withdrawal money. whats up with those different times.

Sometimes withdraws take longer to clear but usually if you didn't get a limitation email within a day or two after a withdraw, it will clear

Hello,

I own a Business account and yesterday I confirmed my credit card. I got an email saying my "Your withdrawal limit has now been lifted. You can now withdraw unlimited funds from your PayPal account." but when I want to withdraw I get and error saying "The proccess cannot be completed at this time". Also when I open "Lift limits and move funds more easily" it says "Your daily card withdrawal limit is: -$0.01 USD per day". I own a VISA Electron card.

My question is, how to remove limitations fully, or should I just wait and it will be done automatically. I'm non US resident owning a business account, so maybe that's a problem. I would highly appreciate your help, please. Thank you.
