For my country we're able to withdrw from pp to visa electron work fin prepared also But I think the problem with défirent name card is when you link it to PayPal ,PayPal load small amount from your card ,then will ask you to confirm your card by writing the exact amount loaded from ur card so...pp will recognize the owner name zip code ....etc and I think it risky The best way is electron visa

Re: Withdrawing money

Hello again.

So I have this question: I have this bank account to which I want to withdraw money and it only supports EUR as a currency (it does not provide multicurrencies). Is it possible to make that when I withdraw other currency than EUR, for example USD, it would be converted inside of the bank account and not in paypal? Basically, I would withdraw USD and they would be converted in my bank account.

Maybe it's not very cohesive but I hope you will understand what I wanted to say.
Thank you.

Hey everyone
Could someone advice me how to do?
I want to add lithuanian bank account to lithuanian PP, but PP says that "something goes wrong, try again later"
I made several attempts, tried 2 different accounts, but no result.
Is there any idea?

Hello again, folks,

The question is simple: where/how to get something I would be able to withdraw money to (I am talking debit card/cc/bank account) if I am based in Lithuania? anything revolut-like on the market who provides VISAS or something?

Re: Withdrawing money

yes its possible as long as the card or bank account is not linked to any previously suspended accounts

Is it okay if I make the first withdrawal from my stealth account which would equal ~45% of the balance?

I'm not so sure this is true anymore. Paypal actually does have an "instant" transfer option now to your debit card. It's supposed to take 30 mins, so members here have said it takes about 20 mins.

I have not tried it yet but I am going to one of my accounts to test it.

I thought that that policy changed and that is no longer the case

There is instant transfer option which only charge $0.25. I did it 3 times in past week. It took around 15 min. to my VISA debit card which is linked to my checking account.

Using a stealth acct or your personal acct?
And can you say what ppal asked you for when you linked the debit card , please ?

If you ever come back around, Saturn, I'd also like some details.

The instant withdraw to "approved" card option has been showing up on almost all of my USA personal accounts. I've been under the impression this feature would be very hard to use with stealth accounts. At the very least it seems Paypal would AVS the card you give them which would mean giving your real address in order to add the card. Or they could take it a step further by only allowing you to add a debit card associated with your already attached bank account.

I don't know how it works since I haven't tried using the feature yet. I'd really like to hear about your experience. If there isn't a requirement for the card to be linked to an already-attached-to-PP bank account, then this could be an excellent withdraw option for accounts with VBA's.

I am gonna try this later and report back if the instant transfer is available. I have a real business account link to Prepaid visa and checking account.

Fingers crossed

I have a new paypal business account. (1 month old) I didn't see an instant transfer option on my "withdraw to" options until this week. Last night I tried an instant transfer and I got an error message on the screen that said "Sorry, we're not able to process your request. Please try again later." So I tried it again this morning when I woke up and I got the same error. I'm on the phone with pp right now trying to find out the problem.

Hi, this might not be the right thread but I wonder if someone can help. Like everyone else PP kicked me the to the curb a few years back, I live in Portugal and previously used the Visa card from my UK bank to verify my Portuguese Paypal account (I didn't know anything about virtual cards at the time).
I never hooked the UK bank account to any Paypal account just the card....so now I have a PP account in the UK (kindly made by someone on this site) as long as I don't use the card at all with any account can I hook the bank account to the PP account to withdraw money without setting any bells and whistles off?
Is there any chance they will know the bank account is from the same person they kicked off years ago?....this may sound like a stupid question to the "old pro's" amongst you but if you could help I would appreciate it. :help:

All accounts selling same things? International payments? Same buyers buying from all accounts?

same category - but different items, seems strange as for over a year all been quick instant withdrawls on accounts, maybe it is a time of year they are adding extra security and holding money for longer than usual

You need to confirm your identity and the bank account which needs be yours first if you need to withdraw money from paypal. They ask your photo of your id and a bank statement. I gave them a call before regarding different user accounts on paypal and those name of the user accounts weren't real people and paypal ask me to confirm their identity.

If the money goes from your card ---> to fund PayPal they see who is sending it.

So if you use it for withdraw only there will be no issue with associated name.

Thank you for the useful information

Hi, I have my account since July, I used it for buying online. But now I want to withdraw some money for the first time. If I have 700 dollars, how much is safe to withdraw? When can I withdraw again? Is there some yearly limit for withdrawing money ? I heard something about 1500 dollars a year is a limit??

As far as I know, once your account is fully verified, there is no limit in withdrawing. Limits apply mostly only on what you can receive.
