Paypal limited question

Hey guys, my paypal was limited due to receiving more than 2500euros without ID confirmation (identity bla bla bla).

It is stealth Paypal.
Would Paypal let me withdraw to card after 180days (or sometimes 45 days) ?

Also worth considering is why not provide ID confirmation....can you do it?

If you have exceeded 2500 euro then it is highly unlikely they will allow you to withdraw without supplying documentation. They would be breeching EU money laundering regulations if they did.
