can we use different country ebay and paypal together

hi,

i have got a lot of ebay account. but i cant use paypal account now. because paypal stop working with us. so can i add different country paypal to my ebay accounts.

for example ebay is turkey,paypal is bulgaria.

i think it will now work but maybe someone know something about this.
