Doing a Charge back on paypal?

I had sent money for an item through send money, but i never received my item. Will my Paypal account become limited if I initiate a chargeback with my credit card? Its a fully verified account

1st course of action should always be contacting your trading partner.

If that fails, then initiate a Paypal claim (hopefully you didn't send this payment as "friends and family"). Chargeback should be the absolute last resort.

If you do a charge back first, you lose the last option in your fight to get your money back.

First do, paypal claim, if you lose, do the charge back after that. If you win your paypal claim, you get your money back faster vs going the charge back route.
