Can I sell digital goods without posting anything and besides that asking buyer confirmation that he got the item?

You can do, but without adding tracking in the 21 day holds wont get reduced.

Even if a buyer has confirmed that they have had the digital item it still doesn't protect you again chargebacks so just be a bit careful

If you mark order processed you will get money in 7-14 days
